Library Media Specialist, is new to Santa Fe Trail this year! Previously, she worked in the Blue Valley School District for 8 years, and 2 years in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Education, and has a master from Pittsburg State University in Educational Technology and Library Media. She is married, and has a daugther, Lucy who is 7 and attends Cedar Creek Elementary, and a son named Brevin, who attends the preschool program at Meadowlane Elementary. She has 2 cats named Spider Man and Mocha. She LOVES to read, spend time with family, listen her husbands band, travel (especially to the beach), and cheer for the KSU Wildcats!!

Prior to working in the library, she was an elementary computer teacher at Brougham elementary, as well as, Morse elementary in Blue Valley. She loves to read, exercise, travel and spend time with her son Luke who is a freshman at Gardner-Edgerton this year, and two pups, Trixie and Biscuit!
